Please note that along with an update about the status and next steps for NMAG, we will hold the annual election of board members and officers. Please contact us if you are interested in serving on the board. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.

NOTE RE PROXY VOTING: Each current organizational member is entitled to one vote. NMAG members unable to participate in the Nov. 9th Annual Meeting in person or by phone may vote by proxy. File your proxy with the Secretary (Frank Sanchez) by email at sanch@trailnet.com no later than Tuesday, Nov. 8th. All you need to submit is the name of the person you are authorizing to vote on your behalf. Be sure to include your name and the organization you are representing. Proxy votes may also be presented in writing at the meeting on Nov. 9th.
