Resources for Nonprofits

The New Mexico Association of Grantmakers does not give grants, provide technical assistance to nonprofits, nor match funders with grantseekers.

The following links will provide information on various organizations geared toward helping nonprofits find funds.

We highly recommend that nonprofits in New Mexico visit the New Mexico Grantmakers Directory (a searchable database of grantmakers funding in the state) and the United Way of Central New Mexico Center for Nonprofit Excellence, a robust resource center for nonprofits in central New Mexico [Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance and Valencia Counties].

Other Useful Resources for Nonprofits:

The State Library augments these materials with local publications when available, as well as information on corporate giving, charities, fund-raising techniques and proposal writing. Information is also available on Federal grants. Circulating copies of some how-to-do-it materials are available.
